C2-SENSE Poster presented in Vienna
C2-SENSE developments have been presented during the second day of the “1st ICA European Symposium on Cartography” symposium, held in Vienna between 10th and 12th November.
The main subject of the presentation was the work currently ongoing in the Work Package 3 – the theme of the Collaboration Environment & Knowledge Layer. In specific, Object of Interests (OOI) that actually are data representing real-life objects (e.g., sensors) were put in context with an emergency situation. The significance of its proper presentation on map was emphasized. This part of the C2-SENSE Framework is very important, since The Collaboration Environment allows emergency managers to do more precise and correct decisions.
